• How to become a member? 

Thank you for your interest in joining Ayala Coop.  Please find and fill-out the attached membership form.  Once accomplished, kindly forward the form to forms@ampc.org.ph.  Please don’t forget to indicate your 10-digit BPI account number and your 10-digit SSS ID number.

• I will be transferring to another Ayala company; how will I continue my membership? 

If without loans You can fill-out the attached new membership form and indicate your previous and current employer. Once accomplished please send form to forms@ampc.org.ph. Please don’t forget to indicate your 10-digit BPI account number and your 10-digit SSS ID number 

If with loan/s:  same process and advise to send the COE (Certificate of Employment) 

• I would like to re-activate my membership. 

Kindly fill-out the attached membership form and check ‘re-activate’.  Once accomplished, please send the form to forms@ampc.org.ph. Please don’t forget to indicate your 10-digit BPI account number and your 10-digit SSS ID number.

• I just retired, and I want to continue my membership with Ayala Coop

Associate Encouragement: 

Even if you retire, you have an option to continue your Coop membership by converting it to an Associate, if you’re cleared of any accountabilities from the Coop. 

By being an Associate Member, you will still enjoy the high dividends on your share capital, tax free, avail of various loan products (90% of your share capital) and earn the corresponding patronage refunds, not to mention the benefits resulting with tie-ups with Ayala Companies and other strategic partners Historically, our Dividends and Patronage Refund rates are to say the least, better than the market (tax-free).  Both Dividends and Patronage Refund will be credited to the member’s BPI payroll account annually, in the month of April, provided that the member has no overdue balance.   

We will no longer require you to make regular contributions as you can do it voluntarily and any amount will suffice (maximum share capital is only Php1Million). You can deposit your additional share capital through BPI Express online or over the counter transaction. 

Attached is our Associate Membership Application Form that you can fill out to convert your membership to an Associate. You can send back to forms@ampc.org.ph the scanned copy of your accomplished form and we will acknowledge it. 

Associate members can make additional contributions voluntarily through BILLSPAYMENT of BPI Express online or over the counter.

• Hi, I would like to update my details (contact number/ email address/ BPI account number/ beneficiary/ name/ status)- under CMS and update of BENEFICIARY.   

To update your status, please fill-out the attached membership form and check “Update Status”. Kindly send the accomplished form to forms@ampc.org.ph so they can acknowledge it.

• Hi, I would like to update my details (contact number/ email address/ BPI account number/ name/ status)- under MLMS.

Please follow instructions below in changing your information in the MLMS.   

1. Please click "SELF SERVICE" at the menu then, "LOANS" 

2. Then, click "MY MEMBERSHIP PROFILE" to edit your profile 

3. Click the SAVE button at the lower right part of the page
